Takes upwards of 15-20 minutes for someone to answer when you call them. Some doctors are a bit misanthropic. I saw a few doctors here before seeing Dr. Connor Wesley, and Dr. Connor Wesley is the best doctor I've ever had, so the problems of the clinic are worth it.

The first time I scheduled an appointment to set up a new appointment for a primary care (which I had to set up a “pre-appointment” that was a week out and was pointless) and asked for a female provider they gave me a male, so I had to reschedule. The second time I scheduled an appointment (which was 4-5 months out), they cancelled. The third time I rescheduled, (which was also another 4 months out) they cancelled and did not even tell me. I’ve literally been wasting my time all year trying to get an appointment. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional, I would hate to know what is like actually going here.

Came here for years. My doctor was late to every single appointment. You have to wait months for an appointment. They never answer the phone or respond to portal messages. This scummy company dismissed me while I was in the middle of a mental health crisis, which was caused by Virginia Buccola telling me to change my medications for no reason. Buccola pretends to be a doctor but she’s just a nurse. Buccola lied under oath to get a restraining order against me. Buccola violates HIPAA.

I have nothing but good things to say about Community Health Care. Everyone I have dealt with has been so compassionate, professional, and deeply invested in patient’s well-being.

I went in after hurting my knee and was told it was basically a “sprained meniscus” and to think of it like a sprained ankle. They recommended 10 weeks of physical therapy before even considering an MRI. That didn’t sit right with me, so I got a second opinion elsewhere and had an MRI done right away. Turns out I actually have a torn ACL and tears in both meniscus’. Really glad I trusted my gut and went somewhere else. I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.
